Fundraiser rules and Restrictions

• Cards are to be presold by your group. At the end of the selling period please let us know the number of each card type you have sold. We will print your group's name on the cards. Payment is due upon completion of the fundraiser. Please bring one check or a cash payment for the total amount due, please no credit cards. The sale period is flexible and can be extended. Cards may be picked up by the group or by each individual who purchased one. Cards not picked up within the period of use that expire will be forfeited. 
  
• Each card can only be redeemed the specified total of times. If the cardholder does not use all bouquets by the end of the selected period the card will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS
  
• The card must be present, shown, and hole punched at the time of redemption
• We are unable to replace lost, damaged or stolen cards.
• Cardholders may add additional flowers to the wrap or a vase at an additional charge.
  
• We do not deliver the flowers; they must be picked up in store.
  
• The customer will present the card at anytime during normal business hours in store. When the card is presented in store it will be verified and hole punched in exchange for a bouquet. 
  
• The cards will expire typically one year from the end of the fundraiser unless another timeframe is specified.
• Bouquet does NOT include a vase.
